RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of receiving them. Please notify us by email or telephone before returning your item for a return authorization number to include in your return for quicker processing. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items. Once an item has been satisfactorily received, you will receive a refund in the amount you paid (excluding shipping costs).

SHIPPING or DELIVERY

Most shipments are sent within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.  If shipped later than this, you will be notified by e-mail when shipment will be made.  Most orders are shipped via UPS.  Plant Jungle is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or destroyed in the delivery service.  We take pride in our products, and if there are any issues with your product not arriving in its original condition, please contact us so we can resolve as quickly as possible.

For all deliveries, Plant Jungle will personally coordinate the best date and time to fit your specific needs.
